How to say no part 1 of 4, just say no.

Let’s jump in here.


Just say no. You feel bad? Naaaaah doesn’t feel bad. The word no is mega-powerful and has an impact. Say the word daily until you get more comfy with it. If it helps give a No+ reason why, if it helps to soften the blow.

It might help to give these alternatives too: Not, ‘Not at this time’, not ‘I don’t think so’, not ‘I’m not sure’, not ‘Maybe next time’.

Try it the next time you get asked to do something you really don’t want to do.
